ScoutPro Terms of Use

Effective date: April 20, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ScoutPro mobile app, websites, and related services, including athlete profiles, messaging, video sharing, bookings, and subscription features. By using ScoutPro, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use ScoutPro only if you can legally enter into this agreement and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

2. What ScoutPro Provides

ScoutPro is a sports-recruiting and media platform that helps athletes, coaches, and cinematographers create profiles, upload and discover content, communicate with one another, and manage bookings or related activity inside the app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

violate any law or another person’s rights;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
upload content you do not own or have permission to use;
harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse other users;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with ScoutPro except as allowed by law.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to ScoutPro, including profile information, messages, videos, and media. You grant ScoutPro a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit that content.

5. Paid Features and Auto-Renewing Subscription

Certain features may require a paid subscription. ScoutPro currently offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription for athlete accounts that unlocks premium coach-view insights on athlete profiles.

The subscription name, duration, and current price are shown in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Restores are available on the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s billing policies, except where otherwise required by law.

6. Apple App Store Distribution

If you downloaded ScoutPro from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for claims relating to the app except as required by applicable law. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store terms that apply to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of ScoutPro is also subject to the ScoutPro Privacy Policy, which explains how ScoutPro collects, uses, and discloses information.

8. Suspension and Termination

ScoutPro may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create safety or fraud risks, infringe intellectual property rights, or misuse the platform. You may stop using ScoutPro at any time, and you may request account deletion through the app where available.

9. Disclaimers

ScoutPro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutPro disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. ScoutPro does not guarantee recruiting outcomes, coach responses, bookings, or continued availability of any specific feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutPro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service. If applicable law does not allow some of these limitations, they apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

ScoutPro may update these terms from time to time. When material changes are made, ScoutPro may update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the app or on the website. Your continued use of ScoutPro after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
